Our Company was incorporated on September,19, 1932 as “THE BELSUND SUGAR & INDUSTRIES LIMITED”, a public limited company under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 to carry on the business of manufactures and refiners of and dealer in sugar, molasses, gur and other saccharine substances and all sugar products and by products, and dealer in and importers and exporters of saccharine products of every description, whether manufactured or unmanufactured, and in and of any by-products of any such manufacture. Thereafter, by way of necessary resolution passed in April 28, 1995 in compliance with the provisions of Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Regional Director vide its letter No. NCR/CN/34018/95 dated 15.09.1995 granted its approval for the name change to ‘ THE BELSUND SUGAR & INDUSTRIES LIMITED
